Before you write

If a reminder didn't arrive, open Pinny, go to More, then Shot day and reminders, and check that reminders are on and that iOS allows notifications for Pinny in Settings.

If the app looks out of date, More → App updates checks for the latest version. Updates never touch your data.

To move to a new phone, use More → Your data → Back up, then Restore on the new device. Your normal iPhone backup also includes Pinny's data.

Subscriptions and refunds

Pinny Plus is billed by Apple. Manage or cancel it under Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase hasn't unlocked Plus, use Restore purchases on the Pinny Plus screen first.

Your data

Everything you log stays on your phone. There is no Pinny account and no server copy. You can export a spreadsheet or a full backup, or erase everything, from More → Your data. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Medical questions

Pinny cannot answer questions about your medicine, dose or symptoms. Please speak to your prescriber or pharmacist. If you feel unwell, contact a medical professional or your local emergency service.
